Q: How does the $25 Special pick 4 deal work?
**A:** The $25 Special Pick 4 Deal is available for walk-in customers only and is a one-time flat rate special. No online reservations are allowed for this deal. However, if your group has 8 or more people, you can reserve your event by contacting our group events sales team.
Each participant pays a one-time $25 fee upon arrival. The time allocated for each activity is 15-minute intervals per person. The time is cumulative within the group, up to certain limitations:
- Groups of 2 can reserve a maximum of 30 minutes per activity, totaling 2 hours.
- Groups of 3 to 6 can reserve up to 1 hour per activity, totaling 4 hours.
- For example, a group of 4 could reserve 1 hour for each of the four activities (golf, darts, baseball, axe).
Q: How does the beer wall work?
A: Those interested in using our self-pour beer wall will need to get a PourMyBeer card from the receptionist at the beer wall reception desk. PourMyBeer cards can have a set amount of money put on the card or can be linked to an open tab via credit/debit card pre-authorization. Once a guest has a PourMyBeer card, they can put it on the slot of the beer they want and start pouring! Our beer wall shows guests how much they’re pouring volume and cost-wise.
Please note that PourMyBeer cards deactivate after 2 full beers (or 32 ounces) are poured as required by the TABC. The card can be reactivated by the receptionist.
Q: Are children allowed to play?
A: Yes, children are welcome to join in on the fun as long as they have adult supervision. iCompete Experience staff are not responsible for any children brought to our facility.
Q: Are closed-toe shoes required?
A: Guests are not required to wear closed-toe shoes but we highly recommended doing so!
Q: If I want to play 18 holes of golf with friends, should I reserve a bay/suite or do the all-you-can-play deal?
A: We recommend reserving a golf bay or suite if you wish to play a full 18 hole game. It typically takes about 1 hour to play 18 holes per person (ie. if there are 3 players, reserve 3 hours of golf). Our normal reservation rates can be found on here our Reserve page. The All-You-Can-Play deal is recommended for those wanting to try all of our activities.
Q: WHAT IS THE TIPPING POLICY?
A: We are a tip-pooling facility. All servers/game hosts share them equally. Therefore we automatically charge 18% of your bill.
However, if you feel that a server deserves an additional tip, you may give them an additional amount.
Q: Why does your facility tip-pool?
A: To ensure an exceptional experience for our guests, we have four distinct activities that require specialized skills. As a result, it is
possible that you may receive service from a team of up to four servers or game hosts.
Q: Can I walk in with 8 or more people?
A: Customers that are in groups of 8 or more people have to call or email and pre-book as a group to insure the best experience at Icompetex.
